Rules

This car was designed for the entry level racer and that's how it should
stay.

1) Chassis: Legend chassis only. Bushings or bearing allowed.

2) Bodies: Only approved Legend bodies. All bodies must have clear
windows. No wings or spoilers.

3) Gears: 48 pitch. Only 81 tooth spur gear and 21 or 22 tooth pinion
gears of any make may be used.

4) Standard steel axle must be used. Wheelbase cannot be altered.

5) Modifications: Any front springs and steering turnbuckles can be used.
The back part of the battery tray may be cut to allow the battery leads up
through the chassis. Battery tray, zip ties and Velcro may be used to hold
batteries in car.

6) Motors: Trinity Street Spec, 21 turn (any brush/Spring combination is
legal). "Spec tag" must be mounted to the Armature by the factory.

7) Batteries: 4 cell Trinity Street Spec 1600 mah.

8) Tires: Any rubber capped tire.

General rules:

1. Cars must weigh a minimum of 2.30lb., race ready with transponder.

2. Maximum width front and rear may not exceed 8.25". This will be
measured from the outside widest point of the wheels, or tires.

3. Wheel base must be between 9.5" and 10.5", measured from the
center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle.

4. The chassis must remain under the body, from the firewall to the rear
bumper.

5. A spoiler may be added to the rear of the body. It must be no larger
than 1.5" high and 4" wide. The spoiler must be centered with the body.

6. Front bumpers may not extend more than 1 1/2" forward of the body,
and may not be wider than 3". Bumpers must be centered with the
chassis.

7. Rear bumpers and nerf-wings must remain under the body. They
must also be smooth and secure.

8. All tires and wheels must be 1/10 scale only.

9. "Spec center dampeners" must be used. This means rod with tubing.

10. A "center shock" or "side shock" may not be added to any car.

11. No more than one dampening tube may be used on any one car,
and must be used to dampen side to side only.

12. Qualifying heats will be 4 minutes and main events will be at the
discretion of the race director.

This class will run 27t spec and 19t mod depending on field size.

General track rules:

1) All participants are required to have fun!

2) All participants are expected to follow the rules to the letter and intent.

3) Being a family participation hobby it is expected that all in attendance
be it drivers, pit members or visitors conduct themselves accordingly.

Sometimes In the heat of battle it's easy to loose control for a second.
Don't be "that" person. It's all about the fun factor.
